Salame Norcia Piccante is produced by De Palma Salumi using Le Bon Terroir D'EMJ pork. Pasture raised, heritage bred organic pork, this Chilli flavoured salami contains no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or hardeners. No added Nitrite or Nitrate.

Our Traditional Beef Sausages are just beef, fat and salt in a natural pig casing
We currently have one other sausage flavour - Honey, Chilli & Rosemary which is the same base ingredients along with Raw Honey and Rosemary grown on our farm with Chilli Flakes and Pepper
