I was very happy to receive my order from Native Angus Beef! A great selection of cuts that are going to be cooked into a variety of tasty meals. The Eye Fillet I had was so tender! Great Aussie grass fed beef from a family farm. What's not to love.
This is how beef should taste! It has become an exciting evening ritual choosing which cut of Native Angus to cook for dinner because everything we've tried has been fantastic.
The beef tastes simultaneously indulgent and healthy. The rump steak was juicy, well marbled, and has a wonderful depth of flavour (it also pairs very nicely with a McLaren Vale shiraz). The beef strips made for a mouthwatering stir-fry. Even the mince is leagues above other beef we've had - a rich taste and beautiful texture, without much fat or water released while cooking like you get with the supermarket stuff. I only wish we had a bigger fridge for the 20kg box!

I ordered this as a treat for myself and man, was I impressed. My box came in two weeks, perfectly packaged and proportioned for easy freezing or refrigerating - which I did for the premium cuts. The OP ribs are my favourite so far, as it was such a massive hit on father's day. Now I am set for 3 months of premium grass-fed beef. Thank you!
