The 9kg Slow Cook Box is made up of slow cook heroes perfect for meal prep and nourishment for the colder months. It’s a mix of quick slow cook cuts are full of flavour and perfect for the slow cooker, smoker or oven.

Each cut is from our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished Native Angus® cattle, raised naturally on pasture with no grain, hormones or antibiotics. That means your meals are not only rich in flavour, but also naturally high in protein, omega-3s and CLAs.

What’s included (approx. 33 portions):

  • 1.0-1.5kg Brisket or Spare Ribs (4-5 portions)
  • 3.0kg Chuck/Topside/Silverside/Bolar Roast (2 x 1.5kg Roasts - 10 portions)
  • 1.0kg Diced Chuck/Gravy Beef (4 portions)
  • 1.0kg Y-Bone Steaks (3 portions)
  • 1.0-1.5kg Osso Bucco or Thor's Hammer or Shin Roast (3-5 portions)
  • 1.0kg Lean/Fatty Mince (4 portions)
  • 500mL Beef Broth

Seasonal variations may occur, but you’ll always receive at least 9kg of naturally nutritious Native Angus® Beef.

  • What's in your sausages?

    Our Traditional Beef Sausages are just beef, fat and salt in a natural pig casing

    We currently have one other sausage flavour - Honey, Chilli & Rosemary which is the same base ingredients along with Raw Honey and Rosemary grown on our farm with Chilli Flakes and Pepper

  • What's in your patties

    Our beef patties are just beef and fat - so you can season as you'd like before cooking. They’re gluten free, preservative free, and a great option for anyone wanting a clean, wholesome pattie without fillers or additives.

  • Do you use any hormones or antibiotics?

    No, our cattle are raised without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics, and we do not use any pesticides or herbicides on our pastures. We prioritise natural growth and health, ensuring that the beef you enjoy has been raised as naturally as possible.
