BULK BEEF

Your Beef. Your Way.

Buying bulk is the most rewarding way to fill your freezer with Native Angus Beef. You choose the cuts. Our butchers prepare them to your specifications. And every kilogram comes from the same place: our Native Aberdeen Angus cattle, raised on Arrawatta Station in the New England region of NSW.

No grain. No hormones. No antibiotics. 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, from birth to butchery. This is beef you can trace back to a single farm, a single breed, and a single way of doing things.

The Cattle

The Cattle Behind Every Cut

Our Native Aberdeen Angus are a heritage breed, selected over generations for flavour, marbling, and the ability to thrive on grass alone. They grow slowly on native and biodiverse pastures at Arrawatta Station, maturing at around three years of age.

That patience produces beef with a depth of flavour and a nutrient profile that grain-fed, fast-grown cattle simply can't match. Independently tested and shown to contain higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, CLA, and a better omega-6 to omega-3 ratio.

The Butchery

Prepared by Our In-House Butchery Team

Every bulk order is prepared by our own artisan butchers, Nathan Mills and Kyle MacLennan. Nathan brings years of experience from high-end London butcheries, specialising in heritage livestock and whole carcass butchery. Kyle, a trained chef, brings a practical understanding of how each cut performs in the kitchen.

Together, they prepare your order with care and precision. You tell us how you'd like your beef cut, and they'll make it happen.

Our Farm

Arrawatta Station, New England, NSW

Every animal in your bulk order was born, raised, and finished right here. Arrawatta Station sits on the New England Tablelands, a region known for its cool climate, fertile floodplains, and diverse native pastures.

We farm regeneratively, using practices verified by the Savory Institute's Ecological Outcome Verification program. Our focus is on rebuilding soil health, increasing biodiversity, and raising cattle in a way that strengthens the land rather than depleting it

Your order is packed in insulated packaging that keeps your beef chilled for up to 4 hours after delivery. We ship to addresses across QLD, NSW, and VIC. Free shipping on all bulk beef orders.

Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on your order for delivery. Each order is butchered to your personal specifications, so it takes a little longer than our standard beef boxes. We'll keep you updated throughout.

Packaging and Storage

Vacuum Sealed for Freshness

Every cut in your bulk order arrives individually vacuum sealed (cryovacced). This extends shelf life and protects the beef during transit.

When you first open the packaging, the beef may appear slightly darker in colour and have a mild odour. This is completely normal and is simply the result of the vacuum sealing process.

For best results, remove the beef from its packaging and let it breathe, loosely covered at room temperature, for 1 to 12 hours before cooking. The natural colour and aroma will return.

Storage guide:

  • Fridge: enjoy within 1 week of delivery
  • Freezer: clearly labelled with a frozen best-before date for longer storage
