Choosing a Quarter of a Cow is an economic way to invest in premium, ethically raised beef for your household. You’ll receive approximately 40kg of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished Native Angus® Beef, raised using regenerative practices on our farm “Arrawatta Station” in New England, NSW.

This option gives you control over how your beef is cut and packed. Please use the form above to select your preferred cuts and let us know exactly how you’d like your beef prepared.

The price is based on the packaged weight of table-ready cuts, so you’re only paying for the meat you’ll use. As an added bonus, any bones, offal or fat you choose to include will be packed free of charge (subject to availability and delivery restrictions).

Please note: Bones, offal and fat cannot be shipped to all addresses. If these are important to you, please get in touch before ordering so we can confirm availability in your area.
