Our price/kg is based on packaged weight of table ready cuts. This means that all bones, offal and fat are complimentary, and are not incorporated into our price/kg. In other words, purchasing a 'Quarter of a Cow' will ensure you receive at least 40kgs of our premium Native Angus Beef, and all additional selections of bones, fat or offal are free of charge.
Bones/offal/fat cannot be sent to some postal addresses. If this is important to you, please contact us for more information before purchasing.
