Our Wet & Fatty Biltong is delivered in a single slab - created from Outside (also known as Silverside) with its fatty coat intact, this product develops a powerful flavour profile. Processing air dries the biltong to retain a degree of moisture, yet be stable in a cryovac wrapping. 

Your task:  finely slice the biltong when ready to consume, and attempt to have some left over.

• Succulent texture – extra intramuscular fat keeps each slice juicy and intensely beefy.

Handling & storage

Arrives vacuum-sealed for freshness. Refrigerate on arrival. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 7 days.
