5kg Sausage Pack

Our sausages are made the traditional way from our grass-fed Native Angus cattle, with just meat, tallow, and salt, in a natural casing. No fillers, no preservatives, just full-bodied flavour.

Pack size: 5kg
Packaging: Vacuum-sealed in 5-6 sausage portions (around 500g) for convenience
Storage: Refrigerate upon arrival or freeze immediately

Try our "new" more refined sausages - carefully created by our artisan butcher. Choose our Traditional Beef Sausages (just beef and salt) or a mixed box which will also include some of our flavoured sausages (currently Honey & Rosemary).

Cook them gently (in the oven, pan or grill) and keep them soft and a little pink in the middle for best results. And, no need to prick them before cooking!
