From paddock to biltong 

Our Native Angus cattle roam native, biodiverse pastures managed regeneratively, in northern NSW.  Their grazing habits allows them to absorb a wide range of macro and micro nutrients giving their beef a nutrient profile that you can enjoy.

We hand-select the lean topside, for Protein Hunters to create their biltong magic with. Slowly air-dry to lock in flavour and ensure a clean ingredient list you can relate to.  Then it is returned to us as pouches of protein goodness to offer exclusively to our Native Angus®Beef clients.
