Native Angus Beef Launches In Style
Share
The first taste of our Native Angus Beef will be available at the Eat Drink Live New England festival in Inverell on 11th November.
We will be selling our grass fed beef for the very first time from our stand in Evans Street on Saturday, offering gourmet food and packaged cuts of our beef and we will be accepting orders for our beef boxes.
Argentinian chef Santiago Socrate has prepared some of his favourite dishes to showcase our beef, including Empanada, a classic Argentinian savoury pastry stuffed with our grass fed silverside and topside braised beef, vegetables, olives and boiled egg.
Santiago trained with Peruvian chef Eddie Castro at Osaka in Buenos Aires (currently no.38 World 50 Best Restaurants list), the renowned hotel Faenas, and has worked as Head Chef at Harvest Newrybar and Executive Chef at Barrio Bar in Byron Bay.
We will also be providing the beef for the Gourmet BBQ Long Lunch on Sunday.
Of course, Argentina has a long and proud tradition of raising and cooking superb grass fed beef. Santiago brings that tradition and his skills to us in New England.
We are thrilled to have him presenting our beef and look forward to sharing it with you.
Visit us at our stand on Saturday, meet the chef and say hello to the farmer.
And save some room for lunch!
